The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, which was great for preparing meals. The seating area with a sofa made it a cozy space to relax and unwind. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for entertainment. Having a washing machine in the unit was convenient for keeping our clothes clean. The private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer was modern and functional.
The deep soaking tub wasn't really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

Always choose this place, no regrets. Staff helped me find my destination. Perfect for my needs - Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, Cots. Coming back for Christmas.

The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to Princes St and Waverley Station. the apartment was also conveniently close to the tram from the airport. There were shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, providing plenty of options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of five. com. it was an excellent base for our week-long stay in Edinburgh.
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints at all.

We had a great stay at the New Town Apartment - Elforma - Barony Suite. the property was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of five. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Royal Mile and close to Princes St and Waverley Station. We were able to easily explore Edinburgh, especially during the exciting Hogmanay week. the neighborhood was quiet, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery options nearby. it was a very pleasant week visiting!

My family and I stayed at the Barony Suite for a week during Hogmanay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Royal Mile, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The heating, hot water, and WiFi worked perfectly. We had a great time exploring Edinburgh from this convenient and comfortable home base.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
